Indications:

Adjunct or monotherapy in the treatment of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (petit mal variant), akinetic, and myoclonic seizures. May be useful in patients with absence seizures (petit mal) who have failed to respond to succinimides. 
Treatment of panic disorder with or without agoraphobia.                                                                                     

Dosage and Administration:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.
It can be taken with or without food.
Clonazepam tablets can be broken in half and quarters if your doctor has prescribed half or quarter of a tablet.
Your doctor will tell you how many tablets you need to take each day and when to take them.
The dose may depend on your age, your medical condition and whether or not you are taking any other medicines.
Be careful if you are elderly, unwell, drinking alcohol or taking other medicines.
Do not stop taking clonazepam or lower the dose without first checking with your doctor.

Contraindication:

Patients with known sensitivity to benzodiazepines; or hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. 
Acute pulmonary insufficiency. 
Severe respiratory insufficiency. 
Sleep apnea syndrome. 
Myasthenia gravis. 
Severe hepatic insufficiency
