Indications:

An astringent and protective combination to protect irritated skin and to soothe minor skin irritations, superficial burns and wounds.

Dosage and Administration:

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Apply as required to affected areas several times daily (2 to 4 times per day).
Apply the ointment after washing the skin with warm water and lightly dabbing with a soft towel or a cotton pad. You may cover your skin with a light bandage.
Your doctor will tell you for how long you should use zinc oxide 25%. Don't stop your treatment prematurely.

Contraindication:

Known hypersensitivity to zinc oxide or any of the excipients of ointment.
Use as treatment of fungal infections.
Use in large surface wounds or burns
