Indications:

Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in patients 12 months of age and older.
Acute prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB) in patients 6 years of age and older.
Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (AR): seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) in patients 2 years of age and older, and perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) in patients 6 months of age and older.

Dosage and Administration:

داAlways take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
If your asthma or breathing gets worse, tell your doctor immediately. 
Montelukast  is not meant to treat acute asthma attacks. If an attack occurs, follow the instructions your doctor has given you. Always have your inhaled rescue medicine for asthma attacks with you. 
You should take only one tablet of montelukast once a day as prescribed by your doctor. 
It should be taken even when you have no symptoms or have an acute asthma attack. 
It is important to continue taking montelukast for as long as your doctor prescribes. It will help control your asthma.
You can take Melukast 10 mg with or without food.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
