Indications:

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Major depressive episode

Dosage and Administration:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Swallow the tablets with water. Do not chew them.
This mediction is usually taken once daily, preferably in the evening.
If you don't start to feel better after a couple of weeks, talk to your doctor, who will advise you. He or she may decide to increase the dose gradually.
Ask your doctor when you ahould take more than 150 mg per day.
The highest daily dose that is recommended is 300 mg.
Do not drink alcohol if you are taking this medicine.
If you normally drink a lot of tea, coffee and soft drinks with caffeine in them, you may have symptoms such as your hands shaking, fast heart rate (palpitations), feeling sick, restlessness and difficulty sleeping (insomnia).

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Use of an MAOI for psychiatric disorders either concomitantly or within 14 days of stopping treatment. Treatment within 14 days of stopping an MAOI for psychiatric disorders. Starting treatment in patients being treated with MAOIs (eg, linezolid, IV methylene blue). 
Concomitant use with tizanidine, thioridazine, alosetron, and pimozide.
